My 2007 Toyota Camry was purchased at DARCARS and the service team has been exceptional. The recent service visit was due to the fact that my steering wheel had to be turned almost 90 degrees to the right to keep the car moving in a straight line. My Service Advisor was upfront with the necessary diagnostic charges and the possible outcomes, and told me that it might be a few hours for a technician to look at the car and find the solution. So I took the complimentary shuttle to the Metro and throughout the day, I was kept apprised of the status of the repairs. Much to my surprise, the repair work was covered under my warranty, so there was no out-of-pocket expense - it was a truly pleasant experience.
