I brought the car in for a7:15 AM appointment to repair the gas tank cover underneath the rear end of the car. Around eight o'clock or so I was told that the shop did not have the part but could order it. I was to pay for the part them and return on Tuesday (7-3-12) for the actual repair. The shop would do a temporary fix. At about eight forty I was informed that the shop had located the part and the repair would be completed. The repair was finished about ten o'clock. The person I dealt with was politie, courteous, and professional. I would give her four stars and the repair shop three stars. Thankyou.
