My truck was in for a 60k service. The service manager covered all projected maintenance and associated costs related to the service with me prior to the start of any work. My truck was ready within the promised timeframe.
While waiting, I took advantage of the free Internet access and enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee in the customer lounge. The service manage, customer service rep, and cashier were all courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend DARCARS to anyone who asked.
