Every time I come in to get my car serviced I leave the shop happy. The customer service provided is excellent along with the accommodations while I wait for my car. My service advisor, Lorrine, makes me feel very welcome and helps me get what I need done. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

I came in on a Friday and my name wasn't on the list even though I made a reservation. It turns out they put me on the wrong Friday. Regardless, the assistant service manager helped me get my car in for service, and was mindful that I had an appointment in the afternoon to keep so she helped rush the car through service. She was very friendly and explained what happened in the service thoroughly.

Excellent service. Car delivered on time. Service person was extremely courteous and attentive. The hostesses in the lounge were also very helpful. The lounge area helps to make waiting a very pleasant experience.

Truly exceptional. Very fast in receiving and very thorough in checking. Very fast in delivering. The team did a good job. Chris Smith did an exceptional job. Keep up the good work. I like the new look of the silver spring Darcars service center.
