Service was very good but my car started showing some signs for tire after tire rotation done on it iron,t know why?

My service time was excellent and Crystal Smith is a execllent customer service person! But when I have my car service for the battery they for got to put back my cd case , and my cable and my cleaning materials and my brochure for my products that were in the car, I call and Crystal said she get back to me. My truck was in for a 60k service. The service manager covered all projected maintenance and associated costs related to the service with me prior to the start of any work. My truck was ready within the promised timeframe. While waiting, I took advantage of the free Internet access and enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee in the customer lounge. The service manage, customer service rep, and cashier were all courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend DARCARS to anyone who asked. Ernie
