I trust these guys more than other Toyota dealership I used to take my car. they do not force you to do some unnecessary services and their price is lower.

I would like for the service department to discuss the service fees before they are quoted to the customer. On Saturday, I had several different quotes presented to me, and all were different! It's hard to mantain a budget and I'm consistently getting different quotes.

My service advisor, OJ, is always helpful. However, I was simply there for an oil change and it took an hour and a half. I was told it would be no more than an hour. I know it's a busy location, but things always seem to take longer than estimated. Overall, my experience was fine.
