Periodic service went smoothly.

Mr Mehdi and Mr OJ are very nice ,helpful and expert.they have great customer service so this make me drive 60 miles from west of Virginia to silver spring Toyota . i have access to Fairfax DARCAR butihave bad experience of service i had there and i can not trust them so i drive to silver spring to visit these gentlemen and have service for my car,

Everything was fine. Customer service was great and they were pleasant not rude. and mostly the guy who took in my car Adrian was the best.

Not bad for a dealership! They take relatively good care of you and offer lots of convenience if you need to carry on with your life around getting your car worked on. They're not great at offering information about what's wrong with your car and what repairs are needed, so if you want to be an informed consumer, this is probably not the place for you. If, however, you just want your car fixed reliably, this is a solid spot to do it. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
