Toyota Safety Sense™ (TSS) is an advanced suite of safety and driving assistance technologies designed to help prevent accidents before they happen. When both systems are activated and lane markers are detectable, Lane Tracing Assist helps keep the Toyota centered within its lane by making small steering adjustments. Road Sign Assist This technology uses a camera mounted in the vehicle to detect certain road signs while driving. These include posted speed limits, do not enter signs, stop signs, yield signs, and select warning signs. When it detects signs, it displays an icon representing the sign on the Toyota's instrument panel or dashboard screen. Automatic High Beams The Automatic High Beams system controls high beams for the driver at night. It uses an in-vehicle camera to detect the taillights and headlights of oncoming and preceding traffic.
